Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
Vcursive Ltd (“Vcursive”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through vcursive.com, how we use it and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in and the message you send. We use this to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
- Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) collected via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. No cookies are used for advertising and we do not track you across other sites.
- Correspondence: emails and messages you send us directly.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, provide and support our services, keep our website secure and improve how it works. Our lawful basis is your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interests in running and improving the business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Contact-form messages are delivered to us by Resend (email delivery) and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors under contract. We may also share data where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for the duration of our engagement and as required for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict its use, by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
